The Brightest Stars Card

Hi Crafting Friends! This is my third card in the Stargazer series. The paper (HL) is so beautiful and inspiring. Thankfully I have several stamp sets that have star sentiments that combine well with the paper to make the cards really "shine". ;-)
I used an A2 card base. After die cutting, I glued the star patterned paper to the card base.
I die cut two paper frames, one in navy (HL) and the other in Crystal Stardream Metallic paper (PC). I also die cut one craft foam frame using the largest (navy) and smallest (crystal) of the rectangle dies I had used for the paper. I glued both paper frames to the foam frame and adhered to the card.

I love how the popped-up frame gives an illusion that you are looking out a window to a dark starry night.
I stamped and embossed the Shooting Star sentiment (ME). To enhance the sentiment I cut a slanted border on either end. I cut a small strip of foam mounting tape for the top of the sentiment and then added glue to the bottom and centered it on the bottom of the frame.
Blessings,
Julie
