Praying For You Card

Hi friends! In my quest to use more supplies from my stash, I pulled out my BoBunny Somewhere in Time paper pad. Although I've had the pad a couple of years, I haven't used much paper from it.
For my card, I wanted to convey a somber but not funereal tone. I thought this paper with its sweet flowers and bright yellow background fit those parameters.
I wrapped beautiful velvet trim around the card to ground the sentiment. The sentiment didn't look right when I tried to just stick it on the card! I was excited to find velvet trim and gemstones that matched the flowers.

The stamps I used came from Maymay Made It's Blessed Inside and Out stamp set. (MMI) I stamped the sentiments with Ranger's cobalt Archival ink. (S/MP)
I love the inside sentiment. What a comforting thought that I don't need to know specifics to offer prayers for a friend.
Blessings,
Julie
